Whether it’s a steaming hot shower, a multiple-step skincare
routine, reading a chapter of a book, or turning on some white
noise, everyone has their own routine each night to help them
fall asleep and have a fulfilling night’s rest. Senior Szammy Kitchen and
freshman Jake Tomich give a look into a realistic nighttime routine for
students at West Albany High School.
