During the week of April 7th through the 12th, Crumbl Cookies held a special weekly line up featuring the Kardashian-Jenner family’s collaboration with the brand. Each week the Crumbl flavors rotate, but never before have they had a collaboration with a family of celebrities. Out of the six cookies, each one had a specific flavor or attribute which represented a different Kardashian-Jenner member. This collaboration was the first time Crumbl had been represented without their signature pink box, too. Instead there was a beige colored box, themed to match the Kardashian’s signature color, as well as each of their signatures on the sides. The cookie lineup went viral and was viewed by over four million people on Crumbl’s official TikTok, and went on to be reviewed by many. Here is what I thought of them.
The cookie that I disliked the most was Kylie Jenner’s Pink Confetti Sugar Cookie, which consisted of a vanilla sugar cookie filled with rainbow sprinkles, and topped with pink cake batter buttercream. There was an overwhelming sweetness to the cookie that wasn’t balanced out by the plain vanilla base. This cookie was the only of the total six served chilled that week. The chemically sweetened taste coming from the sprinkles threw me off leaving my rating for the cookie a four out of ten.
Possibly one the most controversial cookie of all Crumbl’s lineups was Kourtney Kardashian’s Flourless Chocolate Cake. The cake was originally made to be gluten free, but due to the environment the cake is made in, Crumbl had to specify the cake was not exempt from gluten. This cake was described as a chocolate cake with zero refined sugar with a dark chocolate drizzle, and atop of it three raspberries. Although there are various TikTok reviews of people gagging upon eating the cake, I liked it. It was surprising to me that people would be so upset with the cake, I assume that most people who didn’t like the cake just don’t like the richness of dark chocolate. Despite the dramatic controversy surrounding the cake, I rated it seven out of ten. For Crumbl’s first attempt at a gluten friendly cookie it had a simple likeness to it that I enjoyed.

A more well rounded cake was Kris’ Classic Yellow Layer Cake, which included layers of yellow cake separated by fudge frosting and topped with chocolate curls. Although the cake itself didn’t have much flavor, the chocolate stood out, which can be rare with some of Crumbl’s flavors. The texture of the cake was perfect and overall felt cohesive compared to the others. My rating for the cake ended up being a seven out of ten.
A dark chocolate cookie with a cookies and cream mousse and a chocolate drizzle is what made up Khloé Kardashian’s Cookies & Cream Skillet Cookie. This was served warm allowing the cold mousse to blend perfectly with the cookie. It reminded me of the crust of an Oreo as it had a similar texture. This spin on a “pizookie” left me hoping for more skillet cookies at Crumbl in the future. The rating I came up with was a seven out of ten.
My second favorite cookie was Kim Kardashian’s Snickerdoodle Crumb Cake Cookie. I prefer when they are baked for less time and have a softer texture, because many of the cookies were too hard. This, however, was one of the softer cookies which did significantly help its rating. This snickerdoodle cookie with melted white chocolate and cinnamon streusel chips had a comforting warmth accompanied by the perfect texture. That is why I rated it an eight out of ten.
That finally leaves my favorite cookie in this selection, Kendall Jenner’s Cookie Dough Cupcake Cookie. It can best be described as a brown sugar cookie with cookie dough buttercream, and cookie crumble pieces. It was unique in flavor, tasting like no cookie I’ve ever tried. The cookie, although sweet, was beautifully combined and balanced to make the highest rating in my eyes. Kendall’s cookie ended up receiving a nine out ten from me.
This iconic collection of sweets was the best week of cookies they’ve ever had. We might expect to see similar weeks appear in the future, and maybe even better.
