The 3-0 West Albany Bulldogs faced off at home against the Woodburn Bulldogs on Sept. 15. An uncoordinated defense and sloppy offense led to high points from West in the first half. The West Bulldog defense kept Woodburn from converting, causing many turnovers in their own territory. A dog pile it was as these two teams barked and bit the other over a touchdown, and even without a time clock displayed, West relied on the referees to play fair, and as a team, the West Albany Bulldogs celebrated a 77-7 win over Woodburn and will visit the 2-1 Dallas Dragons on Sept. 22.
