On Nov. 3, the West Albany Bulldogs football team played their first round of playoff games against the Caldera Wolves, a Bend team, at home. Currently number 10 in their league with a match record of 6-3, it was the chance for two well-positioned teams to go up against each other in an attempt to advance into the quarterfinals. At the end of the game, West took the win with a final score of 25-2. On Nov. 10, West will be away at Silverton as they compete for a chance to move into the semifinals. At the moment, Silverton is ranked second in their league with an undefeated record of 9-0.
