Political Pacemakers: Youth and Government club state-wide conference takes place over Zoom
West Albany’s Youth and Government (YAG) team logged onto Zoom on Thursday, Feb 3 for a seven-hour statewide conference. Then, they did it all over again on Friday and finished the 2022 YAG conference strong on Saturday, Feb. 5 with one last Zoom call. While students that participate in YAG usually have the opportunity to travel to Oregon’s capitol building in Salem for the conference, the ongoing spike in Covid cases prevented them from having that experience this year.
